Property refurbishment & technical service
Integrating the commercial management of a property with the technical management creates great added value for the owners. We can map the refurbishment of the portfolio from the management. In particular, we assist property owners with condition analyses, tenders and construction management. In collaboration with external architects, we represent the client and support refurbishment projects from A to Z.
Our in-house facility management team also ensures the technically flawless maintenance of the properties. Facility Management carries out minor repairs itself and ensures the maintenance of the property and its surroundings. This presents property owners with major savings opportunities, as coordination between property management and facility management is integrated and minor repairs are carried out as part of the normal caretaking cycle.
