Our group at a glance
Die Falck Gruppe AG is the parent company of the enterprises group. With real estate, tax & Accounting and special consultancy she commands three fully integrated service branches. The group looks back on a long history of entrepreneurship in Central Switzerland. In 1875, the original firm was founded and has since then continuously developed and transformed. To this day, the group is an owner-managed company in by now the fifth generation.
Della Valle Immobilen AG is one of the largest owner-managed estate agencies in Central Switzerland and has been part of the Falck Group since 2022. Property is the passion of the Meggen-based company, which was founded in 2009 and also has offices in Ebikon, Horw, Adliswil and Weggis. Whether buying or selling property, the Della Valle team will provide you with professional advice throughout the entire transaction process (www.dv-immo.ch).
Falck Immobilien GmbH (formerly Hartmann Immobilien GmbH) joined the group of companies in 2021. The company was founded over 30 years ago. Today, it is an established property company based in Adliswil, Zurich. The company specialises in property management, construction management and related consulting services (www.falck-immobilien.ch).

As a company, we take responsibility - even beyond our everyday lives.
